PHILIPPINE TRADEMARK ONLINE SEARCH SYSTEM (PhilTM-O-SEARCH)

• The Philippine Trademark Online Search System (PhilTM-O-SEARCH) enables you to conduct simple and user-friendly search on the IPO's TM Database containing registered and pending trademark records. Search results are provided in a form of searched records list and bibliographic details. Search input may be either keyword(s), application/registration number, Nice classification, nature of good/services or applicant(s)/registrant(s). Operators "AND" and "OR" are provided for a more flexible and broader search.

• Information May Contain Errors And Inaccuracies

  - The large quantities of information available in the database have been encoded manually. Inevitably, errors and inaccuracies occur in the process. Thus, IPO does not warrant 100% accuracy and completeness of the information contained in its trademark database.
