| WHY | : | Pursuant to the recently enacted Republic Act 9502,
the IP Philippines will conduct a public hearing/ consultation on the drafting of the Implementing
Rules and Regulations (IRR) for the said law. The
consultation shall gather comments/ suggestions/ recommendations on the content of the rules and regulations that would implement the provisions of R.A. 9502.
