As per discussion in the conduct of the pre-bid conference on 14 May 2012, the following amendments, revisions and items for inclusion in the Bid Requirements and Specifications document for the Procurement of Contract for CATERING SERVICES FOR ITSO\'s SEMINARS AND TRAININGS were made:

• AM and PM Snacks, Buffet Lunch of at least soup, three (3) viands for the main course which includes vegetables, fish, chicken or beef with dessert and one (1) round of softdrinks or iced tea;

• Presentable waiter/s

• IPOPHL minimum required no. of pax is 50

• Venue of the activity/seminar is within Metro Manila

For bidding financial computation, the financial proposal of participating bidder/s should be based on per pax(person) basis.
