The 2023 IP Mediation Accreditation Course is 5-day training program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to become accredited mediators of the IPOPHL. This comprehensive course covers a wide range of topics related to IP law, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and the practice of mediation. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the principles, techniques, and ethical considerations specific to IP mediation, enabling them to effectively facilitate resolution in complex IP disputes.
By the end of this course, participants will have acquired a deep understanding of IP law, mediation principles, and the specific challenges and techniques relevant to IP mediation.
This program is aimed at accredited ADR practitioners seeking to practice in IPOPHL, legal professionals, and IP practitioners who are looking to develop their knowledge on intellectual property and mediation, as well as those who are just beginning to practice in this area.
