Pursuant to Rules 800, 802, 1414, 1517 and 1700 of the Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) for Patents, Utility Models and Industrial Designs, the following applications have been published and are identified as subjects for Community Review.  In the interest of transparency in granting quality Patents and in registering Utility Models and Industrial Designs, the concerned community or any third party is hereby notified of the first publication of the following applications, and is further invited to submit Third Party Observation or Adverse Information, if any, within the stated period.

All observations and adverse submissions should be labeled as such, should contain the details of the subject application (application number, applicant, & title), and should be filed through the eDocFile for Patents. Refer to Rules 803 and 1701 of the Revised IRR for the preparation and submission of Observations and Adverse Information. Only the TPO or adverse information filed in accordance with the Regulations shall be taken into consideration in deciding the grant of Patents or the registrability of Utility Models and Industrial Designs.
