Minimum Qualification Standards

  • College Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Social Media Platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Must be a self-starter, persistent, highly organized, multi-tasker, deadline-oriented, and results-oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CMO head and under the supervision of the Digital and Multimedia Manager in developing, integrating, growing, managing, and maintaining IPOPHL's social media platform
  • Ensure that IPOPHL's digital and social media presence are managed and updated efficiently
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, videos, images, and infographics
  • Provide overall multimedia and design development requirements of IPOPHL, including but not limited to the conceptualization, styling, and rendering of digital materials such as brochure, posters, etc.
