Fill out the IPOPHL-KIPO PPH Request Form

Attach the following: 

  • Copies of all office actions, which were sent for the corresponding application by the Office of Earlier Examination (OEE).
  • Copies of all claims determined to be patentable/allowable by the OEE.
  • Copies of references cited by the OEE examiner.
  • Claim correspondence table

Submit the form and attachments to the Receiving Office. No filing fee required.
