55th Meeting of the ASEAN Working Group on Intellectual Property Cooperation in Brunei Darussalam

The 55th Meeting of the ASEAN Working Group on Intellectual Property Cooperation and Related Meetings convened on March 26, 2018 at Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.

 IPOPHL Director of Documentation, Information, and Technology Transfer Carmen Peralta and Deputy Director General Atty. Teodoro C. Pascua are the Philippines' delegates to the AWGIPC.

The AWGIPC discusses updates and decides on ASEAN programs and initiatives on IPO within ASEAN and between ASEAN and partner organizations. Priorities on intellectual property for 2018 and the implementation of the AWGIPC IP Rights Action Plan were discussed during the meeting.
