invitation to submit proposal: Rules of Procedure for Intellectual Property Rights Cases (A.M. No. 10-3-10-SC)

The Rules of Procedure for Intellectual Property Rights Cases (A.M. No. 10-3-10-SC) promulgated by the Supreme Court in 2011 is up for review.

Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals with justification for consideration. For expediency, please provide the proposed legal language of the pertinent provisions.

Deadline for submission is August 30, 2019.
