Women in IP holds first 2018 coordination meeting

The Women in Intellectual Property (Win IP) converged in the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL),Taguig City on 8 March 2018 to organize a continuing run of the project on a per-agency basis. IPOPHL Director General Josephine R. Santiago (seated right) together with Director Carmen G. Peralta (seated left) received the Win IP representatives from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), National Book Development Board (NBDB), and the Optical Media Board (OMB). The Win IP Project was first staged in 2016 to develop the women IP advocates initially in the member-agencies of the National Committee on Intellectual Property Rights (NCIPR), and eventually, the business sector, academe, research institutions, and other non-government agencies.
