As strategic partners in the IP value chain, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Ramon M. Lopez, Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Secretary Fortunato T. Dela Pena, and Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Chairperson Patricia B. Licuanan have been invited to deliver keynote addresses.
