STATE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OFFICE OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (SIPO) SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

We are pleased to announce that the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China (SIPO), in collaboration with the China Scholarship Council, has launched a Masters Degree Program in Intellectual Property Law (MIPL) sponsored by the Chinese Government Scholarship.

This program, as an important move to implement the Common Initiatives for Strengthening the Cooperation between Countries along the Belt and Road in the field of Intellectual Property, will help nuture professionals and experts in IP law and administration.

Applicants who are quailed and interested to attend are invited to secure the application forms from the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) – 2^nd Floor Intellectual Property Center, 28 Upper McKinley Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City or download the forms from the IPOPHL website and submit the same on February 24, 2017.

Please take note that no extension will be granted for submission of applications. Applicants are also reminded to pay careful attention to the qualification requirements for the said program.
