Amendments/Revision to the IPOPHL Implementing Rules and Regulations as of 18 February 2020

The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines has promulgated amendments/revisions to the existing Implementing Rules and Regulations:
- IPOPHL Memorandum Circular No. 2020-002, Revised Rules and Regulations on Voluntary Licensing which will take effect on February 21, 2020.
- IPOPHL Memorandum Circular No. 2019-024, Amendments to the Rules and Regulations on Inter Partes Proceedings which will take effect on February 15, 2020.
The Laws, Issuances, and Treaties page will be updated accordingly.
