How to Register and Deposit your Copyrighted Works

  • Complete and send the requirements to copyright_registration@ipophil.gov.ph

    In your email subject line, write “Request for Copyright Registration_ (Name of Applicant)”. Ex: Subject: Request for Copyright Registration_Juan dela Cruz

Step 3

  • Pay the fees online

    The request form will be assessed and a Statement of Account (SOA) will be sent to you via email indicating the fees due within a period to settle payment.

    • An email will be sent confirming receipt of payment along with a copy of the IPOPHL electronic receipt.

Step 4

  • Receive the eCertificate of Copyright

Upon confirmation of payment, the BCRR will create and issue an eCertificate of Copyright of Registration and Deposit (eCRD). This will be sent through email to the applicant.
