In line with the thrust of the Bureau of Legal Affairs of the IPOPHL to modernize and further streamline the process of adjudication of IP Rights Violation (IPV) cases, the Rules of Procedure on Resolution of Actions without Provisional Remedies in IP Cases with Delimited Damages (RAPID Rules) has been crafted.
- Stakeholders are invited to submit their comments on the proposed draft of the RAPID Rules.
- Submissions must cite the specific provisions and the suggested wordings of the proposed revisions/amendments.
- Proposals shall be submitted via email to angelie.duruin@ipophil.gov.ph.
