The IPOPHL's MCLE on IP and Mediation is a 5-day advanced seminar on Intellectual Property and Mediation. Three training days will be devoted to the study of the salient features of the Intellectual Property Code and relevant jurisprudence while two days will be allotted for Mediation. The conduct of the program is part of IPOPHL’s strategy toward enhancing IP education and awareness, not just among IP specialists and practitioners in the legal profession but among general IP stakeholders.
The program is accredited for full 36 credit units of the MCLE (for lawyers) and is also open for other professionals.
OBJECTIVES
As part of the overall IP Education and Awareness Program of the IPOPHL, the specific objectives of the project are:
1. To learn emerging trends on IP.
2. To acquire updates on IP laws, rules, and regulations.
3. To offer a specialized topic or theme on IP and IP-related laws for IP lawyers and those interested in the field.
