DDG Pascua Represents IPOPHL at HIPOC and WIPO High-Level Forum

Tokyo, Japan.  Deputy Director General Teodoro C. Pascua presented the developments in the intellectual property system and the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) in response to global trends.  DDG Pascua represented Director General Josephine R. Santiago and the IPOPHL at the Heads of Intellectual Property Office Conference (HIPOC) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) High-Level Forum 2018 held on February 19-23 in Tokyo, Japan. The HIPOC and the High Level Forum were co-organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO).
