The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) is inviting all interested citizens to a public consultation on the following:

1) New and Updated Fees;

2) Implementing Rules and Regulations- Amendment to Rules and Regulations of Inter Partes Cases; Rules on Expedited Opposition; Amendments to the Trademark Regulations of 2017; Amendments to the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations for Patents Utility Model and Industrial Designs; Implementing Rules and Regulation on the conduct of Patent Agent Qualifying Examination (PAQE)

3) Code of Conduct - Rules on Registration; Conduct and Practice of Agents, Attorneys-At-Law, and Representatives before the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines
