The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) Director General Josephine Rima Santiago meets with the representatives of the United States Agency for International Development-Science, Technology, Research and Innovation for Development (USAID-STRIDE) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to discuss current status of the key players in the innovation value chain and other important points of collaboration among the three organizations.
