The IPOPHL is posting the proposed legislation re: further amendments to the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Rep. Act No. 8293, as amended by Rep. Act Nos. 9150, 9502 and 10372). This was submitted to the House of Representatives in November 2018. The public may submit comments to IPOPHL until 31 May 2019 through nathaniel.arevalo@ipophil.gov.ph and/or lagsecretariat@ipophil.gov.ph.
