ABOUT |
The two-week WIPO-IPOPHL Summer School on Intellectual Property program provides an opportunity to acquire deeper knowledge of each domain of intellectual property (IP). This Summer School is offered jointly by the WIPO Academy and the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL). |
CURRICULUM |
The program consists of lectures by eminent WIPO and IPOPHL resource persons, and external experts in the field of IP as well as case studies and group discussions on selected IP topics. A certificate of participation is awarded to those who successfully complete all requirements of the program. |
PARTICIPANTS & ELIGIBILITY |
The program is geared towards senior students (graduate and postgraduate students) and young professionals from any field of study or discipline, who are seeking to develop a broader understanding of intellectual property. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from Manila, accommodation and living expenses during their participation in the program. |
INSURANCE & MEDICAL EXAMINATION |
Non-resident participants will be provided with insurance coverage for the duration of their stay in connection with the Summer School program. Each participant will be required to present a medical certificate upon arrival. |
