Adjudication and Mediation - Schedule of Fees

Pre-Litigation Mediation

  1. The Mediation Fee will entitle the parties to a case to have four (4) sessions of mediation conference at a maximum of one (1) hour per session.
  2. The Mediation Extension Fee shall cover the two (2) succeeding sessions of one (1) hour each after the initial four (4) sessions.
  3. In the event that mediation is conducted outside IPO, additional expenses to be incurred by the Mediator, such as transportation, food and accommodation charges shall be borne by the parties.
  4. Fees are inclusive of one percent (1%) Legal Research Fund.

  2. The Mediation Extension Fee shall cover the two (2) succeeding sessions of one (1) hour each after the initial two (2) sessions.
  3. In the event that mediation is conducted outside IPO, additional expenses to be incurred by the Mediator, such as transportation, food, and accommodation charges shall be borne by the parties.
  4. Fees are inclusive of one percent (1%) Legal Research Fund.

  1. Includes two (2) sessions of mediation with a minimum of two (2) hours per session
  2. The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO Center) believes that mediation should be cost effective. In consultation with parties and mediators, the WIPO Center ensures that fees charged in a WIPO Mediation in IPOPHL Proceedings are appropriate in light of the circumstances of the disputes.
  3. The WIPO Center waived the administration fee.
  4. The WIPO Center reduced the cost of mediator's fee to Php 4,020 (Philippine Pesos), the same rate as that of IPOPHL Mediation Fee. The WIPO Center reduced the cost of extension fee to Php 2,020.
