How to File Online for TTA Services
Download and fill out the form applicable to your request or application and prepare digital/scanned copies of the documentary requirements listed in your form.
Original copies of the required documents must still be submitted to IPOPHL within 15 days from the date of submission of application or request.
Send the accomplished form to ttd.esoa@ipophil.gov.ph. The Technology Transfer Division of DITTB will process and evaluate your request or application.
You will receive an email with the electronic Statement of Account and instructions on how to pay online.
Pay online by following the instructions sent to your email. You will also be notified if you still need to submit additional requirements. If so, you will be given 15 days to comply.
Comply with the additional requirements if needed by submitting the required documents within the period specified in your notification.
Claim your Certificate or Final Action from the Technology Transfer Division of DITTB at the 2nd Floor of IPOPHL Main Office in Taguig City.
